🔹Modify Part
To modify the existing part, please follow below steps.
Knyo tip: Always create a new revision for major modifications, and for minor modifications create a new version.
Knyo tip: Always lock the part before making any changes, even for a slight modification
Click the “Parts" button from the side menu and then navigate to the specific part(s) you wish to modify.
Click on that part and you will open the part details page. For modifying an existing part you need to acquire lock🔒 from the user who created the part.
After you've acquired the 🔐 , you can freely make changes to that particular part.
Make sure to save the changes before you unlock the part.
While saving the changes, create a new revision or a new version of the part as per your business process.
